去芯整粒莲子，易煮易烂，入口粉嫩沁香

产地：湖南湘潭

湘潭白莲子表皮是红褐色的，把皮去掉就没有涩味,容易煮。机器磨皮加工时，磨掉红皮，同时磨下表层淀粉，所以收到莲子表皮粉末多，非发霉变质，请放心使用。

湘莲特色：
◦ 白色/淡白色，摸起来干爽

◦ 莲子呈奶白/微黄，头尾常留一点褐色皮

◦ 干度好的莲子粉更多，受潮会变少

• 意义：没熏硫、没漂白的天然标志。
